Formulation:

Each mL contains:

Active:

Polyehtylene Glycol 400 – 4mg

Propylene Glycol – 3mg

Polyquad (polyquaternium-1)

Uses:

– for the temporary relief of burning and irritaion due to dryness of the eyes

– lubricating and rewetting agent for extended wear and disposable silicone hydrogel and soft (hydrophilic) contact lens

Storage:

– Store at temperatires not exceeding 30C

– Discard afer 6 months of opening

Direction for Use:

– Shake well before using

– Instill 1 – 2 drops in the affected eyes as needed
