Application Form

VISUAL MERCHANDISER

  • Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing cost-effective in-store displays, annual visual strategies for events and promotions to create, dynamic and entertaining for the customers likewise support to sales for hitting target bottom line.
  • Graduate of BS Fine Arts or equivalent
  • At least 1 year related experience
  • Must be willing to travel/ field work

TREASURY ASSISTANT

  • Handles the petty cash, payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, liquidations, payroll and other money related concerns of the company.
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy/ Accounting Technology/ Management Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 6 months relative experience
  • Fresh Graduates may be considered

PURCHASING ASSISTANT

  • Serves as a liaison between the company and suppliers. Assists in the efficient and effective procurement at the best possible lowest price. In charge in the direct ordering of items
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as Purchasing Assistant
  • Must be willing to travel/ field work

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

  • At least High School Graduate
  • With at least 6 months experience as Machine Operator/ Factory Worker
  • Open for graveyard shift

OPTICAL TECHNICIAN (OPTICIAN)

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Knows how to cut and edge lenses
  • With at least 6 months experience

HR ASSISTANT (TIMEKEEPING)

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Timekeeping
  • Efficient in MS office

HR ASSISTANT (RECRUITMENT)

  • Graduate of BS Psychology/ HRDM or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Recruitment facet

GRAPHIC ARTIST

  • In charge for the design/ lay-out of marketing and store collaterals. Can create social media content. Able to design/ create mock-ups. 
  • Graduate of BS Fine Arts or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience specialized in Graphics Design/ Arts
  • Fresh Graduates may be considered
  • Required Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Microsoft Office
  • Updated with latest online trends
  • Basic photography is an advantage but not required
  • Must be willing to travel/ field work as needed

FIELD AUDITOR

  • Conducts audit (inventory; compliance-operations) among branches nationwide
  • Graduate of BS Internal Audit/ Accountancy/ Accounting Technology/ Management Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 6 months relative experience
  • Fresh Graduates may be considered
  • Willing to conduct field work nationwide.
  • Efficient in MS office
  • Strong analytical, verbal/ written communication and interpersonal skills.

COMPANY DRIVER

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as Delivery Driver
  • Familiar with Metro Manila Route

CASHIER

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Minimum of 6 months related experience
  • Knowledgeable on card transactions, sales invoice

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

  • Responsible for auditing daily sales (sales invoice) and remittances sent by branches. Prepares monthly Commission & Incentive Reports for branch employees.
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy/ Accounting Technology/ Management Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 6 months relative experience
  • Fresh Graduates may be considered
  • Efficient in MS Office

OPTOMETRISTS

  • Must be a graduate of Doctor of Optometry
  • Able to relate well with different kinds of people

CUSTOMER CARE STAFF

  • At least High School Graduate
  • With at least 6 months related experience in a service-oriented company
  • Good in communication skills and with excellent customer service
  • Knows how to delight customers; with very good customer service
  • Experience is an advantage but not necessary

BRANCH MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

Gains knowledge and experience required for promotion to a higher position in operations, under the direction of an experienced Branch Manages. Learns supervisory skills that are aligned with the company’s objectives and operational strategies. Acts as a team leader; assists the Branch Manager in his/her managerial responsibilities in the branch.

BRANCH MANAGERS / ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGERS

Oversees the productivity of the branch and manages its day-to-day operations such as increasing sales and profitability, efficiency of branch employees, employs excellent customer service, secures branch inventories/stocks and ensures its accuracy and develops competencies of branch employees.

You may earn as high as P50,000, inclusive of incentives and commissions.
