Executive Optical Bags the Reader’s Digest Platinum Trusted Brand for 2017 Again

Trust is the purest form of human behavior that cannot be easily orchestrated or dictated. Every business fights tooth and nail just to earn the trust of their consumers. It is not a well-paved journey and Executive Optical could attest to that. It is not enough that they offer them with wide selections of eyeglasses frames and for sale sunglasses in the Philippines. They also needed to win the hearts of their customers as well.

That is why Executive Optical is forever grateful to everyone who voted and placed them again on the pages of Reader’s Digest roster of awardees.

In the Philippines, Executive Optical was once again awarded of Reader’s Digest Platinum Trusted Brand in the Optical Store category this 2017. They have also earned the Trusted Brand Marketing Excellence Award for 2017. What is the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Award?

Running for the 19thyear, Reader’s Digest conducts a survey asking ordinary consumers a heavy loaded question: which brand do you trust the most? According to Reader’s Digest, the 8,000 respondents consist of Reader’s Digest subscribers and residents in the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Each was tasked to complete an online questionnaire based on the following criteria:

  • Trustworthiness and credibility
  • Quality
  • Value
  • Understanding of customer needs
  • Innovation
  • Social responsibility

There are three types of award: Gold, Platinum and Asia award. Gold awardees garnered the highest votes; Platinum awardees are those who performed exceptionally well; and Asia awardees won in at least three countries surveyed.

Executive Optical was also touted for their marketing prowess as seen on their witty advertisements and ruthless social media strategies but they are touted most of all for what they are known for: their quality eyewear, eyeglasses frames and sunglasses for sale in the Philippines.
