  • Executive Optical Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Company”) provide its services to you subject to the following terms, conditions and provisions (”Terms and Conditions”).
  • By accessing, viewing, or using this site, you indicate that you understand and intend these Terms and Conditions to be the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract of sale, and you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason and without notice. Continued use of this site following any modifications will be deemed to constitute acceptance of any such modifications.

Purchase

  • By accessing and using this site, you expressly agree to be bound to the purchase and sale of the particular merchandise chosen in the site and agree to pay for the same in accordance with the instructions given therein.
  • You likewise expressly warrant that you are of legal age and can legally enter into a contract under Philippine law.
  • The Company will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to refuse you access to the site at its sole discretion.

Shipping

  • We have chosen Aboitiz Express (shipper), one of the leading and reliable couriers in the Philippines, to deliver the ordered merchandise to you. We currently deliver only within the Philippines.
  • All orders made before 3:00 PM Manila time Mondays to Fridays will be processed the same day. Items ordered after the cut-off time will be processed the next working day. Processing and delivery of all items received on Sundays and holidays will be attended to the next working day. Merchandise destined for major Philippine cities will be delivered within five (5) working days.
  • All items purchased from the Company are made pursuant to a shipment contract; the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon the Company’s delivery of the ordered merchandise to the courier.

Returns of Merchandise Policy

  • Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged merchandise on delivery must be made within three (3) working days from receipt of the merchandise. Kindly e-mail us at customerservice@eo-executiveoptical.com .Upon approval, we will send you return instructions via e-mail.
  • A Return Authority Number (R.A.N.) form will be sent to you once the return is authorized. The form is to be attached/sent with the merchandise together with a copy of our delivery invoice and any other relevant correspondence.
  • The merchandise must be in its original delivery condition and sent to us prepaid and insured for the full purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The Company may charge administrative, handling and bank cable charges depending on the circumstances.
  • Merchandise returned will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company shall not be obligated to replace or provide Company credit for returned merchandise that are damaged due to your fault or negligence, or that of the shipper or damaged during delivery and shipment.

Collection of Merchandise

  • The Company will arrange for merchandise to be collected unless, otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If the merchandise has been returned without any written authorization by the Company, The Company will not be responsible for freight charges (for any reason).
  • The Company reserves the right not to accept merchandise that is returned in a condition that does not permit re-stocking and/or re-sale. Such products will not receive any Company credit and will be returned to you at your expense or donated in your name to charity.
  • The Company is a retailer and does not manufacture any of the products sold on this site. Thus, any liability of the Company arising from the sale of any product from its site shall be limited to the price of the product ordered. This does not preclude your right of action against the manufacturer of the merchandise under a valid warranty agreement.

Privacy

  • All required personal information and passwords you submit while creating an account are protected using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and are kept in a secure database within our servers.
  • The Company stores your domain name and e-mail address (where possible), aggregate information on what pages you access or visit, and other information you volunteer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. Other information is used to improve the site’s product and service offerings to make shopping more convenient and enjoyable for you. These are kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. The Company does not share the information it collects from you with other organizations/third parties for commercial purposes.

Security

  • Shopping at the Company’s site is safe and secure
  • Security is the Company’s number one priority for its online customers. That is why it have gone to great lengths to ensure that your personal and credit card information are safe when you transact at the site. Its security services are provided by Thawte, the leading provider of Internet trust services.
  • When you send your credit card information, Thawte encrypts this information before it is transmitted to the merchant bank’s online credit card approval system. This information goes directly to the Company’s merchant bank, Equitable Cards Network, after Verisign decrypts it. The Company does not store any credit card information. For your added security, the merchant bank will request you to enter the last three digits of the CVN (Card Verification Number) number found at the back of your credit card.
