BRANCH MANAGERS

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall management of branch operations thereby achieving maximum sales and optimum profit through excellent customer service.
Requirements:

  • With at least 2 years supervisory or managerial experience in any retail establishments including fast-food chains.
  • With strong leadership ability who can influence staff towards excellent customer service.
  • Flexible;, aggressive and results-oriented
  • For Executive Optical’s expansion, candidates are willing to be assigned in Metro Manila, Tarlac, Batangas, Cebu, Ilo-ilo, Cagayan De Oro and Davao.

OPTOMETRISTS

Responsibilities:

The person responsible for this position will examine eyes and perform various tests to determine visual acuity and perception of patients. He/she prescribes corrective eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids to correct vision; educates patients on the use of prescription eyeglasses and fitting of contact lenses; assists patients in selecting frames and other optical accessories. Ensure the correctness of the total quantity count of frames on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Must be Doctor of Optometry graduate
  • With at least 1-2 years experience as Optometrist
  • Able to relate well with different kinds of people

CUSTOMER CARE STAFF

Requirements:

  • Must be at least college level, not over 27 years old
  • With at least 6 months related experience in a service oriented company
  • With pleasing personality and at least 5’3” in height;
  • Good in communication skills and with excellent customer service

BRANCH CASHIERS

Requirements:

  • College graduate or at least college level ; not over 27 years old
  • With at least 6 months experience as Cashier
  • Know how to use the POS machine and credit card terminal
  • With pleasing personality and at least 5’3” in height
  • Good in communication skills and with excellent customer service

BRANCH OPTICIANS

Responsibilities:

The Optician grinds eyeglass lenses to prescription specifications and assembles lenses in frames. He reads lens and frame specifications from prescription. He also examines broken lenses to identify original lens prescription and repairs minor frame damages.

Requirements:

  • With at least 6 months related experience as Optician
  • Knowledge in pattern lace; with laboratory experience
  • Knows how to use edging machine
  • Honest, determined and with positive attitude
  • Courteous with customers in every situation

ACCOUNTING GRADUATES

Requirements:

  • Must be Graduate of BS in Accountancy
  • With or without experience in any field of Accounting, Treasury or Audit
  • Willing to be train, flexible and hardworking
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
